I, too, have many poems that continue to stay in draft form. I have learned from other endeavors that some things remain UFOs (unfinished objects) and are supposed to be just that. My philosophy is to take it one day at a time. I've publishing something (at the very least, ...and usually, a haiku. I have this sort of vague superstition that if I went and told everyone about my plan, I would end up somehow sabotaging my efforts, and not go through with it. If I make it the anniversary of my starting date (really do have to find out when that was), I will throw a party. So far I am keeping my fingers crossed I admire Will’s determination.
